11" wide rear wheel?

Paul, I couldn't imagine putting a 7mm spacer on my rear wheels to bring my offset from 63 to 56. IMHO that is a recipe for rubbing disaster.
The problem here is that while a 56 offset might work, nobody is talking tire sizes and more importantly suspension setup!
FYI....if you are referring to my comments I don't understand why you think mine posts are opinions and the others are actual experience. You are trying to compare SUBJECTIVE experience of those that have to the TRUTH of what is supposed to be done. FYI.....I have wheels in 11" in the rear with 295 rubber and an offset of 63 and would not rec'd doing any more than that as you will start crossing into that "grey" area for rubbing, etc.

I'm done. NOBY.....best of luck to you in your search. Just remember, if you chose the 11" wheel with the 56 offset, while it will "FIT" will it fit correctly and if you don't like it or it rubs, then who is going to exchange them out for you? Remember, you can ALWAYS add a spacer if you want to go OUT more but you CANNOT move it back in.
As an example, there was a few people on this board that I will not name that had wheels with offsets so damn aggressive they sat OUTSIDE the well obviously but according to them, they fit, and they like it. What do you want? Looks or proper fitment?
Time for me to unsubscribe form this thread and let others keep up the confusion for you as you just seem to be hell bent on getting an answer that the 11" will "fit". Keep trying to place that square peg in the round hole thinking it will fit but at the end of the day, no matter how many people tell you it will, the fact is that it is still a square peg. You have all the facts. Best of luck........
**I'LL POST A COUPLE PICS FOR YOU AND THEN LEAVE IT AT THAT**

Just went out to my garage to snap a few pics for you.
Pics of a 11" wheel with an offset of 63 and 295 rubber running 2.5 degrees of negative camber. Would you want to push this out another 7mm?
The pics aren't the best but you get the idea.

Here are a couple more pics.
On my blue Cab are 10" et65 with 15mm spacers, which is an effective et50.
This equates exactly to Dell's 11" et63 in relation to the outside of the rim, however these pics are with stock suspension and camber settings.
The black coupe has 10" et65 with 17mm spacers which means these wheels extend 2mm further out than those on my car and Dell's car.
Again, these are with stock suspension and camber settings.
Imagine these 7mm and 5mm respectively further outside the wheel well.
Hope this helps, Noby.

Dell: no not trying to start a war.
Kevin: great example in your pics.
I agree with you all; the pics of the black car look wrong and it is mostly due to the tire being too fat.
Look, I offered up the links to the other threads so that NOBY could ask the guys at tirerack directly (reputable; No?) and there are a bunch of folks that are running these that can offer their direct experience. That's all.
Dell good suggestion.. also unsubscribed

Just joshing buddy, there has been MORE than enough data to make a decision. I figured I couldnt add anything else so I resorted to a funny pic. If you cant figure it out by now after countless pages, well.............. GL

Nah....the wheel/tire was too tucked under the fenderwell..........I went with less camber and 200mm wheel spacers. I decided you dont need a stiff suspension if you are actually riding on the tire...................
