Default Compression readings from OBDII port?

I heard at one time that the 996 MkII would give engine compression readings for each cylinder with the Porsche OBDII reader. Is this true?

in the cylinders.

With the proper equipment/test computer/system one can disable spark and fuel injection to each cylinder while engine running and by noting the drop in RPMs determine which cylinder is weak, the weaker cylinder affecting engine RPMs the less because it is contributing less effort.

Macster.
