Default 2007 thread of the year

Just sitting here watching MNF and thought about the thread of the year. We had some funny ones but the one that comes to mind is about a fellow Renny who got ripped off by some real estate tycoon. All I recall is some funny PS pics by programmastore. It escapes me the title of the thread but if someone could refresh my memory, I would appreciate it.
In the end his websire received so much traffic that we forced it to **** down. We wven had his myspace link.

Alex - great idea!

I nominate this one posted by Phil. I still laugh every time I think about it.

Tim and Wayne - no wisecracks.

I'd like to nominate almost any thread by a certain excitable former 997 owner who won't be autocrossing any more.

Trouble is, he's taken to deleting his best thread. Still, a quick look around the Autocross forum for any threads that have been locked after descending into name-calling, threats, and warnings of legal action, might pay dividends...

I guess I missed out on this one, as I'm lost here also.

I'd vote for the Phil speedo light thread.

I just looked - there's nothing in the AX forum that's locked.

Here is a classic example of the person referenced. Only 2 pages. It starts out slowly and works up to a big ending. Eventually, John D. closed the thread.

https://rennlist.com/forums/autocross/362086-a-photo-is-worth-a-thousand-words.html

As mentioned earlier, he started a thread on how he totaled his car, he hit a tree and it rolled over 8 times. That got to 4 or 5 pages pages, started to get nasty again, and then suddenly the whole thread disappeared.
