It wasn't on a Porsche but one of the coolest plates I saw was on a Acura NSX. It read:

Big D! Just east of downtown. We don't make it to San Antonio very often. BTW, did you hear that a whole boat of people on the river walk were showered with old pee? Someone raided a port-a-potty and was tossing it off a bridge. The whole boat had to be decontaminated. Doh!

It was on an M3 with Ontario plates, but it would have been just as appropriate (arguably more so :-)) on a Porsche:
