I'm Austrian so I should have some basic knowledge about German but I've never heard "ninety one one". Doesn't even make sense to me; it's 90 1 1 and not 911; in German you usually hear "Neunelfer" so putting the last two letters behind the number would make sense.

Back in the late 90's I saw a speed yellow 993 twin turbo while sitting in traffic. It was just screaming speed, lowered, some sort of bad *** wheels the whole nine yards..
