That looks like a deal that might be too good to be true. Low 30's is a very low price, the 02+ have been holding their value a bit better than 01- cars, I would have to check for over-revs. Check for all cylinders working, they could be looking for a quick sale for a reason...

i don't know where you guys looking. but a 02 996 with normal milage(40k), normal wear&tear. is no way priced at low 30.
