Very nice. It's alot of work to get 12' ceilings in a std garage... but seems you pulled it off nicely!

I think I'm just going to get a portable scissor lift by bendpak for mine when the time comes.

OK Here are my new doors and the opener I had to use with the high lift track. The doors are insulated metal painted to look like wood. People think they are real in person! Real wood is real heavy...these are not

Not a big deal at all. Go up a few inches to raise the locking mechanism and then hold the lever in to let it down. Probably a minute or so. It runs on 120v also which was real nice.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. After years in the planning and saving it is nice to actually have it work!
