Default '02 Targa

Hi Rennlisters,

Been lurking for a bit whilst looking for the right car, and lovin' the learnin' from the forum. Recently pulled the trigger on a CPO'd '02 Targa as some of the price points on used 996s represent unbelievable deals. Per newb etiquette, postin' some pics of the ride!

Cheers!

Coupe = moonroof
Cab = convertible

Targa = not being like everyone else

(.....roof is all glass and is fully retractable into the car interior.....)

I like this link the best since it looks in the pictures like it is my color, Meridian Metallic Silver.
And yeah, mine is a 2003 as well.

Thanks for the warm welcome, fantastic peeps on this website!

The targa is great given the weather in SoCal, but the structural rigidity is nowhere near a coupe.

Like you've mentioned, the hatchback is a fantastic feature and great for hauling things from the grocery store.
