Default Repair to leather

I need to get the base part of my ebrakes leather repaired. Anyone have any recomendations? I am in the Los Angeles area.

NO, but it would probibly be cheaper and easier to buy a new or used one. Try ebay.

"spit shine it marine".
i use kiwi leather dye, kiwi silicone wax then buff really good.
does not stain your clothes and makes leather shine like new.

howdy partner! i lived in Wiesbaden 82-83 U.S. Army.

all i remember about Germany is that is was a beautiful place, great wine and beer.

If you don't want to replace the entire thing, then I suggest you find a good auto upholstery shop. They're used to dealing with leather and can probably do a pretty good color match. I've had ripped seats repaired and it was almost invisible.

I'm not in SoCal, so I can't make a specific recomendation.

Yeah, getting a new or good conditioned used one might be the way to go. Labor is a killer and they probably won't be able to match the color and/or grain of the original exactly. Used black brake handles are fairly easy to find on eBay or a dismantler. if you have a unique color like blue or red leather then you may have to order a new one.
