hah! that's great! How many miles, owners does it have now? Where did you get it from? How much did you pay? Did they disclose that it was a salvaged flood car?

Came from la Quinta, CA. Not sure on how many owners.. Car has 61k

Ya. It had a clean carfax and title when I bought it from Global Motorcars in Houston. They got it from a nearby Porsche dealership. I called the dealership after receiving the car and asked to get all records on it
The guy I talked to at the dealership was new and didn't know he wasn't supposed to give them to anyone; nonetheless, he faxed them over. After seeing all the **** I called back and spoke with the dealership manager who apologized and told me I wasn't supposed to have gottem them. I responded, seriously...?
Anyhow, I'm pretty sure all those documents are somewhere here in my file cabinet. I'll look for em

Nice! I didn't realize you were back in the Porsche family. Last car I remember you buying was the Cadillac.
I still have my 996, it has just hit 76K and shines like new. In addition I followed your lead and added an E90 M3 to the stable.
