Default yet another offset question

i am thinking of getting 19" BBS RS-GT for my 996 2002 C2 Cab. the rears are 11" with offset of 60

i did some math as can be seen on the attachment. the question is -- do i have extra 20mm of space without fender rubbing?

i am also planning on keeping my 18" 5-spoke OEM wheels, getting them re-finished to fix all the curb rush from previous owner and keeping them as my track/auto-x wheels (so 19" around town, 18" for driving events)

My GT3 runs 11" et63 rears and they fit fine

I guess what I really need to do is put my GT3 wheels on my CAB so everybody can see what the GT3 sizes look like on the narrow-bodied cars.

Wouldnt it look the same since the GT3 is a narrow body car?

I'd put them on the car first....then see if you need a spacer, which I SERIOUSLY doubt you will want one...

As soon as I can I'll take pics.

Remember, the tub is the same as the C4 but the suspension bits are not.

The difference is 16mm in front and 15mm rear. Easy enough to "test" that out if you have some of Porsche factory 17mm spacers. Those look HORRIBLE on the non-GT narrowbody. Nonetheless, I'll take some pics when my wife gets home. I'll swap over a front a rear and snap away.

Really? I have "near" GT3 spec offsets (within 4mm) and they look great. Fronts 19x8 et 57 with 15mm spacer so 19x8 et42 front and rear is 19x11 et 67. They dont rub outside or inside, or stick out...they look quite like the GT3 stock specs in fit. Which is the look I was going for...I'd say that the GT3 wheels will fit just fine on a C2/C4 without an issue and look great.....but you do have both so maybe I will learn something new today....

You're missing the fact that the front is an 8.5" wheel on the GT3. Just hold tight, I'll take some pics later.

I, for one, would appreciate the effort Dell.

Thanks!
