Question Dumped my window wiper fluid....

Drove home the other day and used my window wiper to remove some of the pollen, while all of a sudden the reservoir seemed to be empty.
Guess I was wrong : when I went into my garage shortly after coming home, I noticed a big puddle of fluid underneath the front of the car.
My guess is that some hose got disconnected. Anybody had this before ?
Don't know where to start looking. Everything is packed so densely up-front in the car, and nicely tucked asway behind plastic panels... somebody throw me a bone

My car has never held fluid from day one, I went to look at the tank but it is a PITA to get to, I blew it off for another day. So yes, I have had the same experience, probably the tank cracked.

Mine got damaged when my fender got bumped. Body shop told me the only way to the bottle is through the fender (which they were anyway replacing). Cost of a new one from memory was about $50.

Mine was spitting fluid when activated and leaking all over the floor.
I looked at fixing it myself and gave up.

Turned out to be two broken fittings.
Parts about $7.50.
Dealer labor about $150.
