Default What is involve in a facelift + turbo bumper?

I was thinking about buying the clear headlight for my 99 c2 since I have the all amber ones. After researching prices, it will cost me $1500 to upgrade to the litronic or about $800 for the regular clear headlights. I was planning to do the front bumper upgrade too, probably the GT3. I have always liked the turbo look more and I thought instead of buying the headlights and gt3 bumper, might as well get the updated 02+ headlights and turbo bumper. I know that I will need to change fender too.

To my understanding I will need:
1. front bumper
2. headlights
3. 2 fenders

What else is involved? Do I need to purchase trims etc.? also what is the cost for the 2 front fenders and where can I get it?

Someone recently (in the 2 weeks) posted a list of parts needed for a conversion/face lift. That thread should be easy to find. Try a search on "face lift" or "conversion."

I plan on piecing the parts together piece by piece. I am going to start with trying to located the headlight set (for around $1000), the turbo bumper (for less than $1000) and I have no idea what the fender is going to run me.

Does anyone know the cost of the fender? Also, the price I listed above, is that reasonable or is that impossible to find.
