Default 24 hours of lemons Porsche

We are entering a 1985 1/2 Porsche 944 in the 24 hours of lemons. Visit our myspace page to find out more and look at pics. We should be adding a lot to the page soon.

And you are posting this here because??????

Are you wanting people to support you, join the race, etc??? You really need to give a bit more info instead of "check out my myspace page".

Very cool, but if you could post more info here I think you might garner a bit more support, etc.. Not many people are going to click on a myspace page. Myspace isn't exactly what the crowd here is what you would call the "target demographic".

Myspace makes it very easy for us to make a dedicated website for our car. We can post pictures, videos and anything else very easily. It is way easier than making a website for the car. I would use my 996 for the race but there is a $500 limit.

I had a friend who knew a girl from school that had a cousin who worked with a guy that had a page on My Space. I've never seen the site but I agree with Dell.

By the time it became popular it was so last week. By now it's so last century.

... the cool people have moved on and only sad old men are left behind pretending to be 16 year old coeds from Wisconsin named Candy.

Is it a demolitian derby? Your 944 is not exactly concourse.

I'm interested, and appreciate you posting about it.

There's been a little press on the 24 Hours of Lemons, and I've at least considered entering. I can't think of a way to get a suitable car for $500. Based on the previous post it sounds like your 944 fits the bill.

I think you may have assumed that folks here know a little more about it, and have the right sense of humor. In case folks want to find out more, go to 24hoursoflemons.com

On the off chance you need another driver, let me know.

Thanks for the props. There has been press in every major car magazine in the last few months. It should be tons of fun, and our car should be very fast compared to the competition. We scored and got an 85 1/2 944 with konis all around for $500 and it runs and drives perfect.
