Sure thing
We plan on running a nicely aged '86 BMW 528e we found cheap on Craigslist. Finding the car, coming up with the team's concept, and putting together a "clever" entry submission has been a lot of fun...

Can't wait to get a thumbs-up that we're in!

Best!

I'm also in with a 3-car team fielded by a group of people I know that ran cars last year. Their stories were so good from last year that I couldn't resist joining them this year. Alas, not a Porsche, but some POS Alfas that will be my first (and probably last) forray into automobiles designed and built in Italy. Looking forward to it, and to seeing the two of you there.

The headlights are stuck up, but we are planning on putting them in the down position when we take out the glass.

That's awesome! My brother and I really wanted to participate in the "LeMons" and found an old BMW beater that the guy was asking $500 for (and we were going to offer less). The problem is we are on the right coast, so travel and expenses would've gotten out of hand quickly. I know they are getting a similar race together in Michigan (I think), but that's still a long haul for us.

And as for Myspace, you guys are acting like my grandmother who was scared to touch her computer's mouse and was afraid she might get sick every time she powered it up (from a computer virus, of course.) Seriously, you guys honestly believe every sensationalist story you read?

Myspace has become a very common method for sharing information and keeping up with people. I'm well into my 30s and my wife and I, and MANY of our friends, have myspace pages for keeping touch with old friends. Hell, my father-in-law has one for proudly sharing pictures of his grandchildren and many trips around the world.
