Where can I get this shift knob? GT3 shifter?

Shift boot....its a different shape where it mounts to the center console....Thats why Carnewal has a 996 boot with the 997 ****.

Its not aluminum.. .that sucks. Dell - was yours aluminum?

I never really cared if it is not alum.. it does feels good shifting slow or fast!

Get in one of the cars that has it and feel it for yourself. Maybe your dealership has a 996 sitting around. Good luck on your shifter quest.

Mine was the CF Teq shifterordered new upon delivery so I have no idea what the "standard" shifter looks like. I didn't like the CF shifter at the track and sold it to a Rennlister and replaced it with the 997GT3 shifter that I posted the link for.
