Default Clear Bra Options

I am looking to install a clear bra in Portland, ME. Could also get it done in NH or MA. Does anyone have any recommendations on installers.

Also, any thoughts about which products are the best? There are many threads on bras, but none that really compare the products - or are they all basically the same? Some that I have seen mentioned include Expel, 3M and Ventue.

Should bumper plugs be installed before or after the bra is installed?

Thanks

Sam at Premier can probably answer your questions.

I remember there being a very imformative thread about what you are looking for. Just do a deeper search and I'm sure you'll find what you need. Just remember that it's more about the skill of the installer rather than the film you're using. Hope this helps.

I've had the full 3M kit on three cars now and very happy. I'm in southern CT and my Porsche dealer has a contractor come out frequently to do installs. You could start there, any high end car dealer, BMW, Porsche, etc will probably have info on an installer. My installler did the front bumper and later I added the plugs (from Eric). They just go back with an exacto knife and do an "x" in the plug hole then pop in the plugs. A new razor blade would do the trick nicely.

I have clearshield for about 6 months now & it seems fine, it is a pre-cut kit.

There was a really good thread covering the different film types on the 997 Forum about 6 - 8 months ago (guessing on the time frame). You might want to do a search over there.
