Did you ever resolve the issue you had after moving the heated seat switches? I'm hoping to do this to my 996 when i get it in a week or so. Any other info you can give on what you used etc would be gratefully received as well. thx.

I have not. I pulled the harness so I could recheck my work. That said, seeing as how we've been experiencing a heat wave, improving my heated seats has not been at the top of my list Will definitely report back once it is solved
