Anyone with a PST2 can program a key.

So does mine .... but that is not enough. When mating a key to a car, a code is required that is available only through PCNA. The dealer service guy gets on the phone (or online), IDs himself as a dealer, and is given the code for that specific car.

My indy can do many other things with his PST2 .... program for child seat, etc ... but not mate a key to the car.
