I did not buy from them mainly because I ended up changing cars and did not need to change the wheels. However, I was going to get some extra wheels and I would have purchased from them based on my conversations with Carlos he is very knowledgeable and seems like a person with whom I would do business.

Yes, if you stick with the same (or very nearly the same i.e. +/- 5mm) offset on 19" wheels you should be OK. However, make sure that the 19" wheels are the same width as your current wheels. If you get wider wheels (in the 19") then the offset may need to differ because of the extra wheel width.

If you find some 19" wheels you like, post the size and offsets here (including your current wheel sizes) and we can let you know if they will fit properly or not.

Here is a link to a good wheel size calculator. Enter current wheel dimensions and then enter porential new wheel. The calculator will give you the difference you can expect. Hope this helps.

I'm going to vouch for these guys having never bought anything from them. I have seen their auction on eBay and I've been to their website and from what it looks like, they must run a decent operation being as they are the only aftermarket company that I have seen that has imported replicas of the 996 GT3 wheel. Price-wise, they are steep, but there are fewer Porsche owners out there than BMW and Audi owners so it makes sense supply and demand-wise. If they can keep those GT3 replicas in stock, I may pull the trigger in the next few months.

That would be 45mm.

I like the wheeldynamic guys.....I also recently found these on ebay....I'd rather change it up a bit in the cold season. Better offset too for wide body. May get away without using spacers.

So checking out their site, they have a set of 19's with these specs

19x8.5 et45mm and 19x10.5 et52mm

Can anyone tell me what the max size tires will fit on a 02+ c4 w/o rubbing?
Even when the car gets lowered with a pss9 setup? recommendations for height setup?

Carlos at WD is great, very knowledgeable about what he sells and fitments, and is very responsive. I bought a set of 997S 19" wheels, he custom painted them ALL black and they were a perfect fit for my NB 996 with Conti 2s. I think there are pics of my car on his website (bottom right hand column, silver 02 C4 Cab)

Not to hijack, but, if any NB owner is interested, PM me as they are for sale in NY with only about 5K summer hwy miles on them.....too many sets in the basement.
FR: 19 x 8 ET 57 - 235/35
RR: 19 x 11 ET 67 - 305/25

I currently am running Falken 615s on GT3 wheels 8x18 ET 55 - 245/40 and 11x18 ET 65 - 315/30 and they fit great. I added 15mm spacers to the front to increase track and it rubs the liner a bit at lock to lock (not recommended on track).
