Default Parking garage

Nothing beats flying back in to town after a long day and getting in your 996 in the parking garage in Phoenix put a little foot on the pedal to hear the roar then drive home to Tucson. With little traffic and no highway patrol....Not that I sped or anything to that nature, between groups of cars or long stretches or down the desolete road to my house.

I can totally relate. If it is a short easy trip I drive the beater to the airport. If I know it will be a grueling trip I will drive the 996. It gives me something to look forward to. Therapy at its best.

The funny part is that the family was coming back from a friends house and the kids yelled out "Dads home!" when they saw the car in the garage. My wife knew that I shouldn't have been home that early. He comment was "He shouldn't be..."

On Sunday I fly to Toronto for a meeting. On Monday the 02 996 Cab I just bought but haven't seen yet gets delivered to work. On Tuesday I fly back to Seattle, pick up my new toy from work and drive home. This is going to be the LONGEST 3 hour meeting ever, but the sweetest ride home!

Oh yeah I can definitely relate. I always loved coming back from business trips to get in my car and drive home!
