Porsche RoW M030 sport suspension kit:

Total kit = #000-044-500-15 but ensure new front bumptstops

Springs (#996.343.531.12 504 Front green+red, #996.333.531.12 504 or #996.333.531.40 504 Rear green+red depending on VIN)
Shocks (#996.343.041.16 Front green, #996.333.051.13 Rear green)
Bumpstops (#996.343.301.02 Front, 996.333.105.03 Rear)
Stabilizer bars (#996.343.701.21 Front, #996.333.701.13 Rear)

(Reminder: PSM steering angle sensor must be checked and re-calibrated with suspension changes)
Gert tells me his P96 Euro Sport Suspension Package does not include bump stops. He says they are the same for standard and M030. (although he didn't specify ROW vs. USA)

Yeah, that's why I noted down that it's probably worth getting news ones if the car has any sort of higher mileage on it. But it's not crucial, just the way that I would go after speaking to my mechanic.

The Pano article lists different bumpstops for the rear, however. Standard 996.333.105.02 (66.5mm), and Sport 996.333.105.03 (53.5). (for all configurations and markets) And from reading the article, these bumpstops are critical to the whole spring package working as a unit.

Do you have this information for the ROW M030 kit for a 2002 C2 Coupe, 6-speed?

Thanks,
Bill

The article that Kevin listed above from Panorama has it perfectly. I just never combed it together because I have an '00 cab. Click the link above (ah hell, here it is: http://www.pca.org/panorama/sample_article_3.html) and you'll see everything clearly listed for each type of car.

Of course, if Dell hadn't edited his post, you would have coupe data. Then again, it was likely pre-2002 coupe data.

Right, I have read that. But it's for a 1999 car.

Good point. Call Gert at Carnewal or Jeff at Sunset. Either one can set you up with the right part numbers.

That's the problem. I have talked to both of them, and get conflicting information between them and what I see on the forums, the PET catalog, etc.

Now my belief is that when the USA PET catalog says "10mm lower" they mean with respect to the ROW normal ride height.

It's either -10 (RoWM030) or nothing at all (USAStandard or USAM030). USA is nothing at all and RoW is -10 lower. But in all reality it is much more than that as it is -10 R and -20 F. Mine came in at about 15-17 rear and 22-24 front.

Can someone explain the reason for the EITHER/OR on the compensation plate?

Compensation plate compenstates for variations between mass produced springs.
The matching plate is used with the correct color coded spring.
