WON MY SPEEDING TICKET!
I Won my speeding ticket and got my bail refunded!
Don't all your whiners and bush voting police lovers look a little silly now?
I am glad that my post exposed such a passion for the wonderful policeforce.
remember Rodney King and many many others being beaten and kicked without reason!! I forgot the police is a better human and therefor allowed to hit and kick people when they are down!! Even when they are 10 against 1.
Peace and Love!!

Nicolaasdb, Congratulations on getting off that one!
You are now officially my speeding ticket consultant if I ever need one in future.
Does this only apply to California?

Congrats on beating the ticket - I'm proud of you - as for the term "pig", my wife was sexually assualted earlier this year (luckily didn't make it to a full rape) and the police have been responsive, supportive, and have come by in their off hours numerous times to check on the well being of her and my two boys, so I have to give some props to the police. I think it's like any profession - a minority of the whole spoils the reputation for the entire group. I'm not on a soapbox, I'm just saying...

You got the check, but did you get any documentation that the ticket was waived, you were found not guilty or anything else from the county in which you live?

Sorry I won't lighten up. Maybe it's my generation (I'm 47) but when you called a policaman a "pig" it was the like callinga black man the n word. I have three sons aged 16 to 22 and if I heard any of them use the same word in the same context i'd explode. If someone thinks it's important to brag about going 50% over the speed limit and getting away with it they can do it. No need to denegrate someone who is doing their job and could get killed the next time they pull over someone for speeding. We all have fast cars and we sometimes get tickets. That's life.
For my money policeman aren't pigs, women aren't bitches and I won't lighten up. Hey, maybe i am an old man.

Hey, I know African American LEO's current and retireed and none believe being called a pig is like being called the N word.
It's attacking a proffession not a skin color that one has no control over. Carry on.

There is really no need to call a police officer a pig; I don't care what you drive, your background, age, race, or how mad you are. You were speeding and got caught. How could that be the police officer's problem?
It is nice to brag on how you beat the system. Enjoy it. But no real need to be disrespectful of a profession.
Now, go buy a lotto ticket, enjoy the weekend and stay away from trouble.
