I used Wheel Dynamics for my Porsche original 19" 997 rims - great guys to work with - Porsche enthusiasts.

They do OEM wheels and copies, and I had a look over a few of their copies when I was in the store in LA - looked good quality and finish.

Sounds like a sweet deal if you like the look & the price.

Chris.

You asked for opinions on those wheels, so here goes. I don't care for the look of those wheels. To me, there is something odd looking about the "double dish" look of the wheels. By "double dish" I mean the spokes move out from the rim to the center hub, and then the hub area is concaved to allow for the offset needed to accommodate the wide lip. I just think that particular wheel looks strange.

I was thinking of ordering those wheels!
The offset will work on a 996 but as discussed, the reare will stick out an extra .4 inches...which shouldn't be a problem.

i think they look good and i think im going to get them the only thing that would stop me from getting them is if they would ruin handling (i don't really mind a worse ride comfort since there 19). so of course once i get them 1999c2cab your welcome to come by and see them on my car.

The rear at 11" and a 67 offset will push the outside lip 1" to the outside. Depending on tire size that might be a problem.

you guys need to pick out wheels from work, fikse, kinesis, bbs and oz for the 911. that's about it. the techarts are freakin' heavy as all heck. go big or go home . 19s only unless you go to the track then just keep some 18s around.

Alan - that is not correct. Going from a 10" wide rim with a 65mm offset to an 11" wide rim with 67mm offset would extend the outer lip by 11mm. The inner lip would move 15mm toward the inside (less room).

Joe (1999C2Cab) is correct. The Wheel Dynamics wheels are 19x10" with a 56mm offset, which will extend the wheel by 9mm versus a 10" with 65mm offset.

I'd put the FogreLines up against your picks any day.
