Just received mine from Sunset Imports (Porsche parts at cost + 15%), $111.43 delivered via UPS GND. Took about a week to get from Germany.
The TSB referenced in the above thread details transferring the PCB and the transponder (which has a specific orientation). Looks pretty straight forward.
If I don't do it myself, I'll probably just have my dealer do it next time.
