Just look by the air valve stem. You'll see two numbers....the smaller one is the wheel width, the larger one (usually to the right of the stem) is the offset.
I think it's just the time zone change. Maybe you're still getting used to EDT? Then again, if that were truly the case, you wouldn't have posted until 2 hours after you did?
