The Right Way to Break a Porsche In
Well guys I just purchased my 2000, blk on blk, aero with 20,850 miles on Friday evening in Charlotte!!! That evening drove it back to Greensboro and Sat took it to Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway to get a feel for the way it handles. Sun morning took it to VIR for a track day to stretch her legs a little more. Didn't push it but learned why "there is no substitute". On Sunday the mileage read 21,770. Not a bad way to get acqainted
I cannot wait to get back home this weekend to wash and wax my new girl.
Also, I am getting married in less than two months. I think I timed the purchase about right
Thanks to all those on this board that helped me with this purchase.
Soory, I forgot to take a photo at the track.

Nice to hear you had fun with "her". I'm sure you'll have many more fun days to come. Congratulations on the car and the upcoming marriage.
PS: You should probably switch off the Cruise Control completely on a road like that.

Nice car and excellent upgrades! Congrats on your upcoming wedding... I had a slightly different path, got a sportbike before marriage, lost it afterwards, but got my 1st P-car as a consolation instead, not too bad heh
Cheers,

That first pic is awesome! Arizona needs more insane roads. There is one that I know of but it is inevitable that you will catch someone then drive 20mph for 30 minutes! To tough to pass...
