Question Strange Carfax report

This is a Carfax report for a 2001 C2 Cab, with 81k on it. The only reason I'm looking at it is because of the price, but the report (and high mileage) has me wondering.

What do you guys make of it?

Leased and then returned, mileage was to high for porsche and they auctioned it off. Normal everyday stuff.

Was a daily for sure ~16K a year in miles.

Keep in mind that although the price may be low due to the mileage, you don't want to buy a high mileage car if your are going to put a lot of miles on it. Resale will be very hard if you were to put 20K on this car in the next 2 years.

only buy it if you plan to keep it for a few years. it'll be hard to sell it so it better be a good price now.

Good points from all.

Think I'll pass, especially since I'd love to drive it home and that alone would put over 1k on it!

Looks good , seems like original owner and daily driver, probably better than not being driven..
But like everyone says if you dont plan on keeping it long.. not a good investment

02 carreras point is only valid if you want to keep it as a garage queen...

if you plan to drive it a lot, and the price is right, I see no reason not to buy a car with 81K... screw the depreciation. The cars value will floor probably be ~$20K with 100K+ miles... there will always be bidders for high mile porsches.

I don't think I'd touch this one. There are others that are more interesting, even if you have to take a car that's a year older.
