On my way to the Frankfurt Airport the other day, I passed a couple of GT3's. There is also a man that races at the PCA's Auto-x. I think he also owns a 968TS( 1 of 13).
If you really want Porsche's at Porsche speed, you might check into relocating. Worked for me. Nothing says fun like cruising to work at 200kph (or more). No need to bother with the hassle of all of the importing and strict emmisions laws then. The cost of living is great. Also, German wasn't hard to pick up at all. Tschus.
