Free shipping too...you might have to argue over the price. Don't ask me how I know.

Vivid, I have an EVO intake in route (fedex seems to have misplaced it for now), if you want to work out a test, I will do back to back runs, stock vs K&N vs EVO. I have access to a local dyno.
Ed, I'll pay for the K&N and have it shipped to you. I'm really wanting it and $300 is not much risk. When you're done testing it, you can just use my UPS number to send it to me. Deal?

Yeah, I'd like to see that myself.

Maybe we could start a collective Rennlist "insane 996 owner modifications report" where we pool money to purchase products and subject them to independent testing.

I volunteer to be the tester for the RUF Supercharger Kit. Why? Because that's just the kind of nice and unselfish guy I am.

I agree. I think that would be a great idea. You'd hope that a board sponsor might step up and help with this since most of them have the items in stock. Then they could sell the items (slightly used a minor discount) and minimize the impact on the "pool".

I think it depends on where you go for smog, I have the K&N cone setup on my M3 and they have never mentioned it.

How can I verify the CAI from AutoAnything is the same as the one sold by Vivid?
