Vivid, I have an EVO intake in route (fedex seems to have misplaced it for now), if you want to work out a test, I will do back to back runs, stock vs K&N vs EVO. I have access to a local dyno.

Yeah, I'd like to see that myself.
Maybe we could start a collective Rennlist "insane 996 owner modifications report" where we pool money to purchase products and subject them to independent testing.

I agree. I think that would be a great idea. You'd hope that a board sponsor might step up and help with this since most of them have the items in stock. Then they could sell the items (slightly used a minor discount) and minimize the impact on the "pool".
