Has anyone on this site had any experience with Kumho SPT's? I realize that one would not get quite the same performance as they would from say, PS2's, but they're about half the price, and probably exhibit 90% of the performance.

Prefer branded ones myself. Sounds like an african rhino and are they z rated?

Check Car & Driver's Web site - they recently conducted a very comprehensive tire test.

I just got some Kumno ASX's on the rear. W rated tire (higher speed rating than Z) with a 420 UTQG rating.

I have ASX's all around as they came with the car, and I am pleased. I'm just curious about the SPT's possibly being more responsive in the handling dept.
