Post Dash trim removal

Can anybody give me advice on how best to remove the dash trim on my 99 C4 to fit an extra switch in place of one of the blanks ? I want to fit an extra central locking switch to operate a remote garage door, but don't want to damage the trim in the attempt. Thanks for any tips.

Thanks for the link Rob.
It's got me thinking about a TouchTop mod on
