GT3-R Body Kit
Does anyone know where I can find the panels for the GT3-R kit? I'm trying to find the front bumper, the side skirts, and the rear spoiler.
Anybody already done this conversion on their 996?

Contact Porsche Motorsport at 714.546.6939 and ask for Pheobe. Be VERY clear and concise about what you want. They only ship C.O.D. so be prepared to give the address of a shop or other location that can receive C.O.D. packages. Pheobe will not be interested in selling parts for the purpose of modifying a street car, so make sure you know all the parts you need before calling. This may mean ordering a parts manual for a GT3-RS and comparing it to a 996 parts manual. Let me know if I can help.

Be careful in ordering the actual GT3R parts, esp. the front bumper. While these cars may look like modified 996s they are not. The front and rear fenders are flared to accomodate a wider track and allow the car to clear the tires when it is lowered. I don't believe a real GT3R bumper will mate to stock 996 front fenders.
As an alternative, contact Tony Callas at Callas-Rennsport. He has a GT3R look-alike front bumper that is designed to fit a stock 996.
