Check engine light P0410 finally fixed!
Finally received the replacement parts and replaced the defective secondary air injection valve that was causing the CEL (code : P0410) on my 99 996.
Turned out to be a bad SAI valve with a bad check valve. While I was at it I replaced the electric change over valve too, they were pretty cheap. The check and the SAI valve were around $70 each and the electronic valve were around $20 each
I wrote up a DIY procedure in case someone else in the future needs to do this.
