Question Steering Wheels for 996

I'm looking for a thicker, possibly smaller diameter, leather steering wheel for a '00 996 Cab Tip.

Has anyone got experience with the TechArt wheels? Others I should be looking at?

Thanks,

What wheel do you have now? I swapped the Porsche standard 4 spoke wheel for the optional 3 spoke wheel and have been very happy with it. It is thicker than the stock wheel.

Come in all the standard leather colors so you can match it and retain the air bag module. I think you may also be able to get it in carbon fiber or wood combinations as well.

The Porsche wheel you can get from any dealer. I think some of them may post prices in mags like Excellence or Pano. I think I paid about $600 for the rim and the air bag module.

I think all of the tuners like TechArt also probably have similar wheels. I don't think they cost any less than the PAG wheel and may cost more.
