Hi all,
yestersay I came across a thread in a honda TYPE-R forum about some tricks hondas can do, such as
1.when you choose reverse in your gearbox and your front wiper blades are on, the automatically the rear one operates....
2.Also, if you sit at the lights in neutral and rev the engine, it won't rev above 5500rpm
anyone can help to make the same list for our cars?
thanks

1: when you open the doors, there's a switch in the handle that causes the window to roll down slightly so you don't mangle your window on the rubber moulding.
2: When you lift in a corner, the car will turn for you

I have power seats with memory - when I program my seat position, if I have the gear shift in Reverse it activates this feature. It doesn't do it without this memory setting. Not sure how it works for cars without power seats, but it was in the manual somewhere.

Also, IIRC, you have to make sure the mirror adjustment thing is set to the driver's side. If it's set to the passenger side it defeats this feature IIRC (I know it does in BMWs, pretty sure it does in Porsches)

You can roll up or down the windows using the key in the driver's door. The unlock direction rolls them down, the lock direction rolls them up.
You can turn on the radio when the key is not in the ignition. Just open the door and turn it on.
If you shut the ignition off with the headlights on, the main headlights will power off, leaving only the "city lights" on. (With my litronics, at least)
If you open the trunk with the key fob, the doors are unlocked. If you do not open a door, after a while, they lock again. (This is also true if you unlock the doors with the fob)

The mirror feature has to be turned on at the dealer (mine was off, and I do have power memory seats). They can also program the doors to lock at 5mph.
