Default Rear wiper removal

Do anyone specific instructions as to removing the rear wiper. I have the blade portion off but don't know how to access the motor. From the engine compartment or behind the rear seats?
Got my bumper plug from Eric just need to remove the wiper motor.
Thanks,
Todd

Do you have to replace the rear window?
I think that it is drilled to let pass the axle of the wiper motor, but not sure.
I don't like anything rear wiper. The image of the rear view without this element is more beauty and clean.
If you apply a glass polish to the window and after that, you apply "Rain X" you can forget it

You need to remove the Most rear cover in the rear deck lid over the motor, it just pulls out, its held on by clips. once that is off you can access what your looking to remove.

The instructions are in the package with the Wiper Delete Plug. Did you see them?

Eric,
Mine did not have the directions. I think I can do it after removing the deck lid. I just was not sure how to access the motor.

Wink removal completed weight bias concerns

I just finished removing the rear wiper, and of course installing the plug from Bumper Plug. 10 minute job max. Now I am concerned about rebalancing weight distribution from the 3# removed from the rear.
Seriously, can't believe how such a small thing dramatically improves the look. Curious as to how many of us have removed our rear wiper unit?

Before and after pics would be awesome. I'd love to have a visual
