Just as a reference point I paid 53K for an immaculate 2002 C2 cab with 15k miles from a private party (9 months left on the factory warranty) back in February.

Not quite the same but FWIW I paid $51.5 in Feb for a 2002 C4 Cab.

But need more info on options and warranty status. Also, only agree to a tentative price pending a clean PPI.
