Some nice person smashed my window to steal £3 from inside my door cupboard while the car was parked in my driveway.
I couldn't wait for the Official Porshe Centre to get a replacement glass because they wanted 4 days and it was pouring with rain. So I got an emergency specialist out of the yellow pages who turned up at my house in under 2 hours and fitted the new window!
But since then I get a squeak when I initially lower the window - probably the first inch or so. It sounds like it might be the rubber and seems to be worse when its cold outside than when its warm.
Any ideas? Is there something I can spray on to quieten it? I really dont want to have to strip the door down again, it gave me nightmares just watching the guy, what with the drivers air bag and all. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" />
