Beautiful 01' 996 w/ GT3 options on Ebay!

I think the operative question here is what is this car worth? The bidding is at 59K right now, their buy it now price is 69K and historically that dealer wants near their buy-it-now price. Someone above said they'd spend $5K over the fair market value for a 01 996. What would that price be? Would it be worth 59K? 65K? Assuming of course that there aren't any problems with it. I ran the options listed for the car on the web and located all but a couple and noticed one other thing. The car is listed as having the 490 option from the factory, which corresponds to Hi-Fi stereo, but I didn't see that in the pictures of the dash area, unless this is different on a 996 than it is on a Boxster. My Boxster with the 490 had the lighted controls for the digital sound processing, would this be the same on the 996?
With only a little over 7,000 miles I think it looks like a nice car, but I and I'm sure most Porsche enthusiasts would know that this isn't a GT3 and wouldn't perform in the same way as a GT3. Although if it has headers and the Fabspeed exhaust I assume it would perform a little better than stock wouldn't it?
The car has the US 030 suspension, but I agree, it looks too high up.
I thought about taking a trip over to look at the car in person, but I'd like to get some more opinions on what a good price would be for the car and other items to look out for. What is the deal with that dealership, I heard they have a bad reputation but nothing specific. ??? Anyone?

I just noticed something. The link above was for a PREVIOUS sale, the car has been relisted on Ebay. Last time it only had 4 bids and got up to 62K, this time there is 1 bid and it is at 59K, maybe we could convince them that the market is plummeting on them while they wait and they'll never get their money out of this car.
So who is this person in St. Louis that everyone keeps talking about for PPI testing?
