I called the dealership today and got the VIN for my car. It's waiting for a ship now

Anyone with past experience have an idea on how long my wait is from here?

See my thread...C4S delivery. Briefly, after your VIN it depends on the shipping schedule. Go to suncoastporsche.com, check the newsletter where they post shipping schedules. My dealer gave me the name of the vessel and you can see the ETA in North America. My C4S is being unloaded today in San Diego and I hope to see it in Vancouver Canada in 10 days.

 

How much time has elasped since you ordered the car? At what point did you receive info on the production of the car?

 

I ordered the car at the end of April. I got the confirmed order the first week of May. I called the first week of June they told me an estimated completion date of today...I called today..my salesman (the same as yours ohsixx) is out indefintely on emergency leave so I talked to another salesman. He gave me the VIN, but wasn't very helpful otherwise.
