Default Bilstein PSS9 came w/o spanner wrenches

I received my PSS9's, and opened up the box.. uh oh, there are no spanner wrenches to adjust the spring perches... I thought they were supposed to come w/ them... anyone know where I can get a set? Anyone know the size in case I have to buy them 3rd party?

I have heard that the Bilstein spanner wrenches are 'weak"?

I've used the rubber strap type wrench from Lowes. Surprisingly good as long as you are not working against 1000 lb. springs.

On another note I got my set of PSS9's and they had the wrenches. However there wre no rear upper gaskets. I called Bisltein and the first guy said everything was in the box. Asked to talk to one of the tech guys for an additional question and when I told him I did not receive the gaskets he sent a set out to me. Might want to ask for the wrenches.
