Mooty,
In case of problems (and they do sometimes occur; mine had the wrong VIN# due to a mixup at their supplier!), here is the PCNA contact address:
Porsche Cars North America, Inc.
980 Hammond Drive, Suite 1000
Atlanta, GA 30328
Enjoy your car and Happy New Year,

Form of payment should not matter.
As long as you are the first (titled) owner of the car, PCNA will/should send it to you gratis. You don't get one if you are the second owner, even if you bought it from a dealer.
BTW, the Porsche Driving Experience also gives you a nice aluminum desk weight as a 'graduation' gift.
The only thing you have to pay for is your Pcar's certificate of authenticity (a.k.a birth certificate) which is I think still $35.00.
Happy New Year

The discussion on the other board is the paperweight comes after you complete the survey.
As for COA's the Silver Star in NY orders it for every car as a free bonus. Wahoo! The money is not the issue, but it was nice for it just to be there when I picked up the car w/o having to fill out paperwork and order it.
