hey juice, I see your back. gonna play nice in the sandbox this time around?

anyway, to answer your question, Lee is spot on with respect to the silver badge....boothe. As for the clear sides, your dealer, as long as they charge no more than about $30-35.

Just went through this a few weeks ago. Nobody seems to carry them anymore mainly for copyright reasons. Looks like Porsche is going after anybody who's selling their trademarks right now. So Ralph Boothe wrote me he doesn't sell them anymore for the above reason. Same at all the other shops usually named here. Finally bought them at bumperplugs.com who where the only ones that could deliver.
Quite pricey (especially when custom fees and tax ad up to another 30% )
but Eric delivered top quality as he always does.

BTW: please close the other thread as Dell suggested

toddel68....I guess Porsche changed their mind with respect to ralph since he claims he is authorized by PAG. But his website now ONLY has the gold crests. Maybe they didn't know he was using silver crests???

As far as I understood the problem was not with the OEM gold ones but only with the silver ones since they are not made by Porsche or licensed by them. (Ever wonder why the silver crest cost three times as much as the gold crest?)
Don't know what the problem is since they've put the silver crest on steering wheels, keys themselves before. Maybe somebody at Porsche finally came to the conclusion a silver Porsche crest is like a green Ferrari horse.
