Introduction - back to a 996
Hi folks,
I have just sold my 993 turbo and bought myself a 01 996 C4 Cab in yellow/black.
We have strange regulations in Singapore with regards to cars which give you a strong financial incentive (in the form of tax rebates) when you de-register your car and export it before it passes it's 10th year on local roads. Hence, my poor turbo was sold.
I have a list of country/option codes on the car that I can't figure out (I tried the search function on both this forum as well as a general all forum one but still came up blank). Any help would be much appreciated.
The options that I cannot figure out are:
C45 (I know it is a country code but Singapore is C16)
432
635
TIA folks for any and all help rendered!

Wow, that's really sad about your 993 Turbo. Hope you enjoy the top down driving of the 996... welcome to the 996 forum, and post some pic of the car!

Riad,
Thanks for the reply. Yah, our regulations here are very biased towards getting old cars off the roads. Good thing is that the buyer is keeping the car local by foregoing all the tax rebates.
For me, I have reached a stage where my children are old enough to enjoy the 911 with me (3 and 5 years) and not old enough that they are too large for the rear seats. As such, a cab was the best option. Funnly enough, our first choice was a C4S cab but the huge premium (33% more for cars that were only 1 year younger!) that sellers wanted for the ones that were up for sale just didnt justify the purchase so we settled for a narrow body instead.
As for pics, I will post a couple when I get the chance to...
