C4S rear spoiler assembly question?

Just wanted to know if anyone knows if the C4S rear spoiler assembly is exact dimension as the stock 996 rear spoiler assembly(love that rear reflector strip). If it is wouldn't mind fitting that in my 996 coupe. Only thing is how much which will probably make me pass on it. Regards. Mike
