speeding ticket, need advice

New York will give you 4 points for that ticket as it's currently written:
3 to 10 3pts
11 to 20 4pts
While it is certainly worth going to court and pleading for points leniency, I reccomend you plead guilty to the offense, pay the fine, and move on. Almost any insurance company waives the first speeding ticket from your record, and at the end of three years those points are washed away completely. It's extremely doubtful they'll give you zero points, and if they reduce it to 64 you get 3 points anyway.
