Red face Need help from cosmetic experts!

I'm having a Turbo nose put on my 02 C4 Cab. I had the idea of having the grille painted as well. Would like your opinion....and it's ok to be pithy.

I think painting the grills would be better-better contrast unless you'll like cleaner looking lines which in silver maybe a way to go but I prefer to have some contrast. Regards. Mike

Don,

I say go with the front but not the painting. But, the narrow body cab is perfect with the top down from apperance in all angle. So, with such a big front. It might throw off the balance of your car.

Good Luck and waiting for your pics if you are to make the conversion.

I think it looks great! However, I imagine it will get chipped quickly from pebbles, etc.

i think the turbo nose looks odd in a narrow body - besides your current nose looks great! keep it!

my 2 cents <img src="graemlins/xyxwave.gif" border="0" alt="[bigbye]" />

Better make an appointment to cover it in plastic (Stongard, etc). That's a large expanse for inevitable stone missles.

Thumbs down

Sorry to say this Don, but it's a little too busy in the front for my taste. In my opinion, the cab has a certain elagance to it and that front dam seems too aggressive especially when the top is down. Just my 2 cents. Let us all know what you end up doing and pics are a must!

Let me add to my post that while I think it looks good, you current 'nose' looks fine. I thing the bang for the buck ratio is very low....IMHO.I.e., I think the photos above look great but I would not spend my money on that considering the C2 looks great as it is.

Sounds good, just don't paint the grille.
