Monabaker....The white car is a Rennlist member...UberXY is his screen name and I spoke to him on the phone several times and he's a real good guy.

I REALLY REALLY wanted to buy that car but had some personal issues to address and now that I'm back in the market my wife has convinced me not to have 2 white cars in the garage at the same time.

The car doesn't have many options...but that was part of the attraction for me. No roof, no OBC, No Litronics....BUT also No RMS history, GHL exhaust, sports seats, 3 spoke wheel, WHITE (I have this thing with white...wife hates it) Sport designs, newer rubber and extermely clean from the pictures that I saw.

Here is another white car this is one of the Champion cars..There is a great article in one of the past excellence magazines covering the cars champion modified. I actually read it recently, Check out the CF Biplane on the wing.

S14...A fellow I was talking with last week just traded in his Black '02 Aero at Brandywine Porsche in PA. The car was mint with 8,900 miles and he was the original owner. He offered it to me at $52K before making the trade.

Thanks for the heads up...I'm probably looking more so for a 1999-2001 since the 2002s seem to always have less mileage and ask lot more. Realistically I'm probably going to need to find one with at least 30-40K miles on her.

I was offered a 1999 aero that was EVO supercharged w/ 50K miles for high $30s which I would have jumped on if it wasn't red. Looking more for a silver/grey/black...maybe white or a real nice blue.

You can always find a C2 and Aero later, that's what I will likely do since I have an early build C2 7/98. So @#%@#$ early, I think it swears its an air-cooled 996 demo car (I can say that as a former 993 owner)

Then you can pick your color of the Aero Kit.

For me, Gulf Blue....... maybe or white or wait,

No, I actually gave up. I decided to take a few years off from Porsche and bought a 2003 BMW M3. Which is why you haven't seen me posting here at all recently. I'll keep it for 2-4 years I think and then just get a 996TT. By then, those will be easy to find. Everyone here was very helpful in my search for a C2Aero though. They'll help you too!

Does any know what the cost of a full factory aero kit purchased as an add-on later say for a 2000 996 with installation and paint?

Also what are the options other than factory Porsche for aero kits?

i have a black 99 carerra with aero kit. it also has xenons, custom exhaust, 18" gemballa wheels, and short shifter. it has 62k miles. ive babied it. the car is a toy. absolutely amazing. get back to me if youre into it. im looking for $37k
